I did not really get this as a advertisement. Both sides don't seem like they go together. I like the packaging. The pin wheel idea is so cute. Maybe you can have an image of a little girl holding a pin wheel. Be more creative with the ad.
i think you're over all concept is good..just try to incorporate it so it all flows and doesn't look like 2 pages
Maybe you need some "quote" to tell what this software can do and etc...
